A New Spirit is excited to announce that it will be hosting it's first Women's Group with Guest Facilitator:Lynne M. Norrie!!!
Lynn is an experienced women's health nurse clinician who has led numerous successful women's groups such as Breast Cancer Survivors, Grief and Loss, Taking Charge of Your Life, and Creating Zest for Living. She is a mind body energy healer in current private practice.

Begins: Wednesday, January 11th, 6:30pm - 8pm
There will be a total of 8 sessions
This group will meet every Wednesday for 3 wednesdays and four more sessions every other Wednesdays wrapping up with a big celebration on March 28th!
Who is this for?
A group for women who are feeling empty even though their lives are overloaded with duties, tasks and people and who need some time for something different? For them.
Join others who want to "adjust their sails" and learn new ways to revive themselves and reclaim their values and uniqueness. Reconnecting to you and your own true nature. The group will have excercises, holistic modalities as art therapy, meditation, circle of life and support for steps to improve the nourishing quality of your choices The group will meet over three months and is guaranteed to be menaingful and life changing! Come and bring a friend!
All 8 weeks for a nominal $125 which includes one private mind body healing session!!!
